What would you change in the game?
I would change Will's character design. I realize he's supposed to be strong, but my god, he looks like he broke into the Steroid supply at the local pharmacy!

I'll admit that I don't really like this game anymore, but I'll be pretty constructive here.
*Better dungeon designs. They were overly linear and boring. There weren't much to the exploration because of that. To make matters worse, there's another part that needed fixing that makes this worse... *Less/No dungeon retread. Having to do the dungeon again was tedious. *Make the battle system less bare bones and put together better. There was no multiplayer, the animation was stiff, and honestly, the grab moves probably shouldn't have been a move you have to assign as a normal arte (this was made by the Tekken team, right? Well, considering I'm playing Tekken 6, I'm reminded that you do a basic grab move pressing two buttons there. That would have worked better here too, especially since Senel's grab would have limited usage here).
That's constructive criticism from me. Truth is, I used to like this game but after thinking about the problems combined with others wonder what my deal is (like, "Didn't you defend this game previously?") along with someone that couldn't even do what I wanted (defend the game with good defenses and not some super subjective comments), I no longer liked the game. I probably won't get into story since I'd have to see where they went wrong with the story telling (and I get the feeling the character quest was where it went wrong).
Well, I'll end with something else (nothing to do with my more constructive stuff): *I might hear that "Tales of Legendia had effort." Well, if it had effort, then why did this game's Indignation turn out to be horrible?! I'm sorry. I just can't take a comment like, "Tales of Legendia had effort" when there's this poor excuse of an Indignation. This tells me otherwise.

I thought a lot of the spells seemed "weak" in comparison to other games, but they seemed to fit Legendia.
And all games have effort--some more than others. I do understand what you're saying, though.

i hated the battle system, so i'd like to change that. not much freedom to move and no Mystic Artes. D: i really wanna change the dungeons too. they're too tedious.
I agree with Cless. I hated Legendia's spells, especially Indignation. To me...they look weak overall. I played quite a lot of Tales games so i couldn't help but compare them with other titles' spells...

The battle system. If there had at least been multiplayer, I could have suffered through it with my sister, but they didn't even let me do that. =( Lack of Mystic Artes makes me sad, too.
