Despicable Me 2.
Much better than the first one and all I can say is: All the minions are hilarious and very lovable.

Like Father, Like Son (そして父になる).
Japanese film I saw at an indie theatre last night about an uptight, workaholic businessman and his wife who learn their 6-year-old son was switched at birth with the son of a poor, at-times morally unscrupulous but loving family. The film mainly focuses on the father, who struggles with accepting and loving not only his biological son, but the son he's raised for the past six years. His idea of what a loving father ought to be is challenged--is he really a parent if he ensures his son has an excellent education and comfortable lifestyle, but never actually spends time with the child? What does it mean to be a father?
Food for thought. The film was recognized at several international film festivals, and it's not hard to see why.

A film called " Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" as Robert Downey Jr. as the lead. Surprisingly entertaining!

The other day I watched Guardians of the Galaxy. Although it was a lot of fun I felt as if too many people hyped it up too much.

Jurassic World.
Impressive visuals, cool action scenes, but the plot was pretty dumb. Not that I was expecting Shakespeare, but some points of the movie were just downright ridiculous. Like the end. I think it must have been a throwback to the older movies or something, which I haven't seen in 15+ years.
