I'm in a similar position as vcent. It always takes a bit more to write a post in non-native language. The time it takes for me to make a post varies a lot. The last post I wrote took me about 1.5 mins. If I start a thread it might take over half an hour. I tend to make sure I don't post false facts so always check the stuff before I post. I also sometimes put too much time on making sure the sentences and the post are structured properly (I enjoy writing in my own language and I'm decently good at it, might be because of that). Sometimes I even make sure I have proper transitions. While I don't usually sweat over some of my mistakes, I wouldn't mind if you pointed out some incorrect phrases or grammars (I'm sure you'll find some from this post, for example I'm fairly sure it should be "grammar" without the "s" but I'm too lazy to fix it ). As long as you understand what I'm writing it should be fine. EDIT: I also tend to make sure I've said everything I wanted (so I don't have to make edits like this) and so my post doesn't sound too agressive or insulting. Sometimes it's easy to misinterpret things.

It doesn't take me that long to post something. Honestly, a couple of seconds to a few minutes? It depends on the topic. For example, my introduction post took me at least ten minutes because I was trying to remember what I wanted to say...etc.
