Mmm... I have to agree on that one.
Regarding Symphonia, I'm hoping they give the bosses some Mystic Artes. And maybe ante up the game. I really feel it wasn't really challenging.
Regarding DotNW/KoR, maybe changing the whole story

I forgot that Symphonia didn't have Mystic Artes. All of them from the Ps2 version should be added, if any.

Regarding DotNW/KoR, maybe changing the whole storyYeah, kind of me right there. I won't beat around the bush here--there is honestly nothing I enjoy about DotNW. I think it's a pretty awful game. They'd have to just flat-out make a new game to redeem that POS. I liked Symphonia just fine, so I don't really have anything I would change about it, I guess? While I'd like voiced skits, I'll happily take silent skits over voiced ones if they use DotNW's voice actors I don't think it's necessary, but if they did include a sidequest or two that explored the Great Kharlan War, that'd be pretty cool. I watched a little bit of the VN games on PS2 where they explored that, which proved pretty interesting.

well i already got what i wanted cool costumes for flynn and kratos (new theme too) though i like the symphonia theme so does my cat (still dont know why)

I might be shot for saying this, but adding free fun would make things worlds better for me. I always hated how friendly collisions could get in the way of actually hitting the enemy and that there was nothing to do about it other than waiting for the enemy to move.
Making the unison gauge fill up faster would be a nice touch to speed up combat. I'm afraid that after the frantic link arte filled battles of Xillia, Symphonia is going to feel considerably slower. Vesperia, Graces and Abyss had fatal strikes, branching artes and fields of fonons respectively to keep you on your toes, but symphonia was rather cut-and-dry-run-up-and-slash.
Overlimit would be a good thing to address too. Each mystic arte had its own criteria for activation, and you could never rely on overlimit to consistently arrive when you needed it. Having at least some degree of control over its activation would be excellent.
And Dawn of the New World, haters gonna hate but I really enjoyed it. Things that would make me happy would be the ability to customize the old cast to a greater degree. Hacking the game has shown that options even existed in the code, it just never was accessible.
World map would always be nice but that's unlikely considering how much work it would take.
OH YES, they should fix the bug where characters would completely unbind their artes and settings every time they either left or joined the party. Such a pain, especially since Marta could potentially leave and join as many as 5 times in 10 minutes.

I want them to keep the tech glitch so I can learn majority of the character's techs without switching from S or T sides. (I forgot what it was originally called) Aside from that, I want my gosh darn free run. It was annoying seeing the AI do it all the time while I couldn't. Presea's mystic arte became impractical to pull off and in a normal situation, it becomes REALLY rare for you to meet the conditions.

More content than just the head swap feature for Dawn. Like, I dunno, maybe give you Richter as a bonus unit. Like, in story he clearly wouldn't count as being there, but in game he would.
Also remove the leveling limit from the Symphonia cast.

Since the American version was apparently confirmed to be Dual Audio, I think it would be excellent if they could at least include both openings. I enjoy the localized instrumental theme sure, but In my opinion Japanese Tales themes were always better because of the included vocals. That way they always seemed like the opening song to an anime series. ^_^

The only changes I really care about is being able to level the symphonia cast in dawn of the new world and while they're at it just add an overworld map. Other than that Free run in symphonia would be nice!
