I don't think it has as much to do with being a "pro" as it is just not having that kind of time. Or, at least, I don't, anyway. I like video games, but I won't think twice about not touching them for weeks if I need to. My grades always come first.

Same, If I need time to work then I will hold off on that day's gaming session. I mean it's not like I'll never be able to play it again.

Currently playing Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword, Hector Hard Mode (I'm on Ch. 24 as of now.) It's really an off-and-on thing, though, as this mode requires a lot of mental energy to strategize (well, it is FE, but still, enemy bonuses are ridiculous). Wyverns are absolutely horrible and can 2-hit (or some cases, 1-hit) most of my units. Supports are greatly important.

I wish the GBA games were more conducive to raising supports.
Hm, I'm kind of grudgingly getting into Rogue Legacy. It's soothing in a mindless fashion, just like the Metroidvanias it's based on. I was really turned off by the only-somewhat-randomly-generated castle, and the lack of toys to play with is disappointing (playing with loot is one of the high points of Metroidvania). Still, it's hard to resist just clicking through to start a new game after each death.

How's Rogue Galaxy? It's always caught my eye whenever I see it in stores, but I've never gotten around to picking it up.

It's pretty alright! If you liked Dark Cloud 2 at all, you'll probably like Rogue Galaxy, as it builds off it in a lot of ways. The battle system is an upgraded version of DC2 with more playable characters, and there's even a bit of the building system left over (It's a very complex crafting system where you design machines to produce rare items). The writing is pretty decent- all of the characters seem to have internality and they make decisions based off their motivations rather than as the plot dictates, and the characters themselves are pleasant- if not particularly memorable. I do like the C-3PO knock-off who fights with giant claws, though.
It's also kind of cool for being a straight-up JRPG take on Star Wars.
I'm about 1/3 of the way through, so maybe the writing falls apart later, but the gameplay is pretty decent (though there's a bit of hassling with healing so far) and there's a ton of stuff to do and unlock. It's a really big game, as far as I can tell.

Just picked up Final Fantasy: Four Heroes of Light.
The game isn't what I expected so far! I was expecting a 2D sprite game, but nope! Looks nice, though. Perfectly suited for the train ride commuting to and from work.
