Looks like the next episode of SAO is the end of volume 1, and then the rest of the cour will be volume 3 (maybe some of the sidestories? Seems like they might cut them out for time).
I would be surprised if it didn't get another season. Volume 4, in which Kirito gets a girly-boy avatar would be a smash-hit, especially since Kirito is already ridiculously popular on polls.
Do tell me, what turned you off from weekly watchings?

Do tell me, what turned you off from weekly watchings? There aren't any ALO side stories aside from Caliber, and that takes place after GGO, which the anime probably won't get into. Adding Mother's Rosario would lessen the impact of the ending of volume 4 and make the Fairy Dance arc in general just more rushed. SAO used to be my go to anime of the week until certain inevitable plot developments suddenly arose. Still not bad in my opinion, though the pacing is a bit strange. Judging by how many volumes there are and how far the anime has gotten, I'm expecting one heck of a plot twist. Well, with the pacing, there was a 2 year timeskip from floor 1 to floor 74 in the first volume. If they didn't include the side stories that make up episodes 2 through 7, the anime would have gone straight from episode 1 to episode 8. There isn't anything written for floors 4 through 73 aside from floor 46 (which was episode 3) and even then it doesn't account for floor 46's dungeon and boss battle (Nicholas the Renegade was an event boss, it doesn't count). Even though there are 10 volumes out right now, the anime isn't going to go past volume 4 unless they add more seasons.

Just looking at the spring list makes me want to watch a bunch already. Railgun is probably at the top of my list.
Gargantia was written by Urobochi, so unless he's suddenly developed an interest in happy clappy people living in a watery world and wanted to make a slice of life, at least 4 of the happy smiling characters from the preview are going to get dismembered and or killed in a brutal and twisted manner. Gosh, that sounds brutal, but it's what I expect from Urobochi at this point

Huh, so Gatchaman Crowds is a show where everyone is Gatchaman? Uh, alright.
Character designs are fairly unique, though. Seems like it's got a female lead. If the animation style is good, it might be a decent watch.

^ Neptunia will always be there with you~
Updated the main post. Don't know why the forum was acting so wonky the other day. Got 13 planned shows next season. Disappointed that Sailor Moon was pushed back but I guess it can't be helped.

^ If you haven't already been answered in the last month, the Neptunia anime is pretty much original content, so you don't have to play the games. Someone linked me to a neat site. I'll continue to post images that will go into the original post but for now I'm considering switching to posting that site instead for quick chart goodness (and so I don't have to log into Imageshack.) Give it a look! This is a link to the upcoming fall season, as of now. Things might change within the next couple of months (a lot can happen between now and October) but this should do for now.

Updated the main post with a chart. I just direct linked the original chart marker's own link, due to reasons specified in said post. The above link should still be good to check, too. Not to mention, it has a countdown for the airing time for shows.
