I had to take full-out math courses over the summer to make up for the fact that I went to a private school that didn't "believe" in teaching traditional algebra or geometry (I wish I were joking, but I'm seriously not). I spent 5 days a week 4 hours a day for like a month doing that. I have no sympathy

My current schedule, since I haven't registered for Fall yet-
Spring 2012
American Government 10:50-12:05 English 1101 12:15-1:30 Math 0096 1:40-2:55 Introduction to Psychology 3:05-4:20
All on Tuesday and Thursday. If I somehow survive this semester and don't lose my financial aid do to my current crap grades, I'm going to branch out a bit. I packed everything so closely together because I wasn't sure how much I would be getting back from my financial aid, so if I couldn't afford a cab I would end up having to walk, which I wouldn't have to do so often if I had everything on the same day, and only two days a week. I also thought it would be nice to have plenty of time open in case I managed to find a job by some miracle. What I didn't consider was that I would be starving by the end of the day due to lack to time to eat(much), and that having everything on the same days like that would only give me a giant load of work and studying to be done all on the same days. And I still don't have a job.
I think I've learned my lesson >>

I have two classes in Summer I, and four in the Fall. I think I'm at school everyday from like 1-4ish in the Fall.

Have you guys finalized your schedules yet?
I'm taking the following next semester: Acquisition of Language and Cognitive Development Thurs 11-12:50 PM History of Rome: the Republic Tues/Thurs 2:00-3:15 PM Frontiers in America Tues/Thurs 9:30-10:45 AM Historical Studies: Theories and Practice Wed 9:30-10:45 AM Historical Studies Workshop: History of Disease 5:00-7:30 PM
I only had one psychology class left to take to finish the major, so rather than fill up the remainder of my semesters with random electives, I decided to tack on a history major onto it. It'll be a crunch finishing it in time, but I don't really mind.

Tues/Thursday: 9:30-12:15 Drawing III (Figure Drawing) 3:30-4:45 Art Survey I (Ancient through Medieval Art, History) 6:30-7:45 Arts in Society
This schedule is already better than this one I just got done with(3 intensive studio art classes..), but I may change the last course if possible. I was still figuring out the best set of courses to take and I just needed something thrown in the third slot....honestly I do not want to be on campus from 9 to 8 @@

I just finished my classes for this quarter. Next quarter, I'm taking the last classes that I need to graduate. Pretty breezy schedule:
Philosophy of Religion 11:00am-11:50am Daily General Biology w/ Lab 12:00pm-2:50pm Wed/Fri
Now, if I was less lazy I would have finished up classes last academic school year. But no rush, right? I'm only sad now that I won't be able to take Japanese next quarter (Today was the final day of my last Japanese class.)
I don't know yet what I'm going to do with the AA degree, though I'm pretty sure I will transfer to a university at some point when the time is right. The degree has a direct transfer agreement that holds for a few years I think, so I have time to contemplate many things instead of rushing into a debt hole. Playing the loan game is tricky, especially in this economy.

It'll be a crunch finishing it in time, but I don't really mind. lol because that major totally happened. Good thing it didn't... what was I even thinking, contemplating getting a degree in history. Anyway, it's the last semester for me. I'm finished with everything, so I'm just taking 3 random courses... accounting, some course in video game theory (recitation section is playing video games!), and a Spanish class. It's cruise control from here I'm pretty done with college, I think. It's been fun, but I'm ready to get out into the real world and start making some dinero.

I have graduated and got a master's degree, so no class for me anymore. I did promise the professor that I would continue to do voluntary work for him until I get a job, so I can have the school's resource for job hunting. Not a bad idea right now, considering my housing contract will last till at least June.
