What's your normal walking speed?
I'm like a bullet train everyday. It's how I get around.

I like to think I walk moderately fast.

Average speed. I walk much slower when I'm talking with a friend.

S = P - B
S = my walking speed P = amount of pretty scenery B = how busy I am

I walk at a moderately fast pace, and I despise anyone in front of me who walks slower than I do.

You'd haaaaaaaaaate living here, then. In the touristy parts, not only is it crowded, but the tourists walk so slowly. And they stop very abruptly in the middle of the sidewalk often to crane their necks up to gaze in wonderment at the skyscrapers (and thereby block pedestrian traffic).
I can't really blame them, though, since they are touring and all.

I can still blame them.

Those tourists should try walking while looking up at the skyscrapers then.
You'll be surprised by how many tourists you lose.

People do this, yes, but the touristy areas are so saturated with jaywalkers in general that it's not really a problem. Vehicles can barely get through.

Hit them.
I dunno. I guess it depends on with whom I'm walking.

If I drove here, I would be tempted to.
I hate cars when I'm walking, and I hate pedestrians when I'm in a car.

I walk at a casual, pretty slow easygoing pace. I don't like exerting too much energy anyhow. Its a pain. And if anyone is behind me and has a problem, I don't really care. I'll be like, b***h go around me. Its not that hard. (in my head cause talking exerts energy as well.)
