I know OmoiNeko is with me on this one, but who else is a fan of classic rock? I always get told I was born in the wrong era since a lot of my favorite bands were popular in the 60s and 70s The Beatles were literally the only band I listened to from 4th grade until junior high, at which point I expanded to Simon and Garfunkel. They're still my favorite classic rock bands. Oddly for someone who likes classic rock, I really don't like the Rolling Stones. It's because of Mick Jagger; his voice is just awful. I don't think he has any singing talent at all.

I love America : D!
Hmn, R.E.M. is pretty old, too, come to think of it, but they're further removed from rock.

Here are my favorite classic rock bands:
The Ventures Queen The Beatles The Turtles (for their song "Happy Together") Simon and Garfunkel (for their song "Sound of Silence")
If 80s bands are included, then I'd include X Japan, The Scorpions & Guns & Roses.

Though Jimi Hendrix was hard rock, to me he is one of the classic figureheads of the genre.

Hey, I was born in the wrong era too! Most of my music is 60s, 70s and 80s, now I think about it. I love like Queen, Genesis, The Who, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Thin Lizzy and ELO, to name a few. I don't like Pink Floyd or Rolling Stones, though.

Lol, I was listening to the radio yesterday, and I heard "Don't Eat the Yellow Snow" by Frank Zappa. I haven't heard that song in a long time. xD
