The Drakengard (Or Drag-On Dragoon as it's known in Japan) series is known for it's ridiculously dark story and themes but it's still a niche series. Gameplay is never the strong point of the series, story is. It's pretty evident in DoD3 too. While gameplay is nice and a huge improvement over previous games, it starts to lose it's shine after an hour or two. Not because it's repetitive but camera and horrible frame rate can and will get in the way sometimes. On the bright side though, music is phenomenal. It's absolutely amazing! The best part about it is that it has a completely new style that hasn't been used in the series before. DoD1: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_k1GEVCCNIDoD3: www.youtube.com/watch?v=llGOobmaNrYOn top of that, story is very nice as expected of the creator Yoko Taro. I may or may not write a review on it. It depends on how I feel. Blegh.

Only Drakengard 2 hit me deep in the heart,Drakengard 1 was very very repeatitive, Drag on Dragoon 3 give the feel of a meaningless effort....

From what I've played, DoD1 has absolutely terrible gameplay with the mix of Dynasty Warriors 2 and Panzer Dragoon. Unfortunately the two don't mix well for gameplay. However, everything else about the game is very good. Characters, story, music and etc are wonderful.

Tales of Xillia.
I wonder if I can beat it before classes resume. I've played some of Graces, but other than that, it's been ages since I seriously tackled a Tales game. I marathoned 110 hours of Vesperia in 2 weeks once before, but I'm trying to juggle Earthbound and Chrono Trigger at the same time right now, so...
Are both sides 60+ hours each, or about that length combined?

This was how much time I've spent completing Jude's side.

I generally don't play consoles during the school year, so looks like I'll probablyyyyyyy finish it in May or June. I recently bought UNIQLO heat-tech clothing for the first time. I'm still cold. Go figure.

I Hate You, Don't Leave Me. Book about borderline personality disorder. The Boy Who Was Raised as a Dog. Book about traumatized children. January First. Book about childhood schizophrenia.
Also went to Bookoff to pick up a couple Paul McCartney CDs on the cheap. While I was there, I noticed they were having a ridiculously good sale on used handhelds and consoles. My phat DS is broken, so I picked up a practically brand new DS lite for $34.

(Wow, Imageshack completely changed/updated their interface.) Proud to say I own my first art book by Akihiko Yoshida *(well it is not exclusively his art, but a moderate portion of his). After all the Bravely Default hype and seeing a lot of work for A Realm Reborn, I finally became really interested in knowing more about this artist (despite loving his work since like FFT). This book is awesome. After buying TOSChronicles I've gotta look into getting a 3DS for Bravely Default. Apparently it's really good, and I'm looking forward to playing it myself now.

omfg this is totes my shopping thread now. K, so I bought these slim sweatpants that has the cutest waist band ever along with this hoodie, that matches. It has the whole "athleticism" theme and I'm rocking it. I also bought this nice loose top, its not too thick too. Perfect. I would take pics but I'm currently wearing half of the things I just mentioned.

I only own a Wii, I don't have the "time" to play on it though, my brother uses his PS4 a lot so I am unable to play the Wii (hooked up to the same TV..etc). I wouldn't get the Wii U for myself though, I wouldn't be able to anyways *sigh*. Yeah I dunno why I used that gif I just wanted to..
