The whole Slayers series available in Hulu. Slayers Slayers NEXT Slayers TRY Slayers Revolution Slayers Evolution-R Slayers used to be shown in Philippine TV, but I never followed up on it since I wasn't home most of the time. Now that I've gotten to watch them, I love the series! I definitely saw the Slayers influence on Tales of Destiny.

Good old classic fantasy. I'm currently watching CardFight Vanguard Link Joker. It's actually pretty good! But I hear they're taking Aichi away from the MC role in the next season. It's a shame since I didn't like him in the first two seasons but now he's a good character in Link Joker.

Picked up Attack on Titan, just finished the 10th episode. It's pretty alright. Bit slow, but sounds like it'll pick up soon with this basement thing.

So, I have this thing where I never finish any of the very few animes I like. I usually get about 3 or 4 episodes in before getting distracted and never completing it.
Somehow, I'm on episode 6 of Madoka, even though it's absolutely not the sort of anime I like to watch, and I don't find it particularly interesting. I think I'm just watching it to waste time? I have no idea. I'm already halfway in, so I'll probably just finish it to say I did.

I just started watching Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure.
I don't normally care for the mecha genre (Never really cared about giant robots or vehicles and what not), but this one seems pretty interesting.

Kekkai Sensen/Blood Blockade Battlefront. I've decided to wait on FUNImation as they upload their dubbed episodes every two weeks. The dub (imo) is pretty decent and I'm in no rush to watch anime (I'm a slow watcher tbh) so I don't mind the wait. If I get desperate for more episodes, I'll just switch over to subs.
And Sailor Moon Crystal. It's truly a shame people believe that the 90s anime was the true representation of the manga or the "true story"/original story (In which it was not. In fact, a lot of the things that has happened in the 90s anime was out of character and completely new if compared to the manga (such as personalities especially Mars' and Venus' personalities..and just in general, many of the plots within the series did not add up to the manga, etc. I would say that the 90s anime was completely new but I can't since it kept small plotlines from the manga/original story). Don't get me wrong, I grew up watching the 90s anime of Sailor Moon and I'll always have a soft spot for it but people should realize that with Sailor Moon Crystal (although the budget and writing can be better...a lot better), its the most accurate SM when compared to the manga and that the 90s anime have a lot of flaws of its own. They both do. (Sorry, rant over).
I was also told by some friends to finish up those "sports" anime such as Haikyuu!!, Kuroko no Basuke, Slam Dunk, and Free! As of right now I'm almost done 'Free!', Sosuke and Makoto are my favourites.

I tried starting Kekkai Sensen as the first episode got out after I had finished Durarara, didn't really see anything special in the first episode so I've not watched any of the later episodes. The style is nice I guess. I also found out that I really like Bump of Chicken's singer's voice, weirdly a bit nostalgic too. Might watch the rest of it at some point. Slowly finishing Kill la Kill, whenever I have a night when my head is in a proper state to accept something as mindless as that. Great show though, the satire is excellent mostly. "let me tell you two things" etc. Maybe I should start looking into Sailor Moon after that . DURARARAX2! second cour next month!!

Oregairu... that ending... that... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
So help me, if the novels get licensed and the fan translations get pulled DESPITE THEM NEEDING YEARS TO CATCH UP, I'ma kill somebody. I dunno who yet, but they're SO dead.
Actually really good show until the last couple episodes, which aren't bad exactly, but given how much detail they gave to the adaptation during the first 9 episodes, it hurts all the worse to see them rush the final 4 so hard. First season was pretty good, second season was even better. It'll be interesting to finally be able to smash them together and watch the whole thing in a solid run. For a show that initially started watching because it looked bad (way back when S1 first was airing), it's become one of my favourites.
That ending though... I hate that so much anime is just an overblown ad for the source material. LN fan translations are borderline unreadable half the time. Even if it does get an official release (which Yen Press seems to be pushing pretty hard) the prices are impossible for me to swallow. A ~50k word (230 page) 'read it in one sitting' LN is literally more expensive than a 400,000k word (1303 page) epic fantasy.
I'm rambling so hard. This is what I do when something I like ends. I'll shut up now...

I picked up Baccano! today. Seems OK.
I never watch more than one show at once (mostly because I rarely watch TV to begin with), so with this comes the official death of my attempt at Eureka Seven. I was about three-fourths of the way through it, but ugh. I can't make myself watch any more of it. Renton is by far the worst part, but the other characters aren't much better.
I would probably be less annoyed by Renton if he weren't voiced by JYB. I don't like immature, uncertain characters to begin with, but JYB's young teen voice just adds on a certain extra level of whiny. See for reference Emil. (I really, really like JYB's voice otherwise, though, and his normal voiced characters are often among my favorites. Like P4's Adachi. I f**king love Adachi.)

I've been watching Denpa Kyoushi. It's pretty amusing, and the occasional dead eyes of the cast are pretty funny.
