Nausicaa: Of the Valley of the Wind
I watched this film after getting my tooth pulled exactly one week ago oddly enough. Thank you Miyazaki for distracting me from the bleeding that occurred nonstop on that horrible day.

Ecstasy of Order: The Tetris Masters
A documentary about the competitive tetris scene. Even though it's a videogame documentary, the documentary was made so well that even those who don't play tetris or videogames would enjoy this a lot!

Les Miserables
Bought the Blu Ray earlier and watched it. What a heavy, heavy plot. I mean, it's Les Miserables after all, and it reminded me how much I loved musicals.

Saw an Almodavar movie via DVD with my date. I'll leave it at that.

This is the End.
Pretty silly movie, but I actually really liked it. I think I would have gotten even more out of it had I any idea who all of the actors were, though, hah. Out of everyone in the entire movie, I only recognized Emma Watson and Michael Cera... had no idea who Jonah Hill or Seth Rogen or any of those other people were :'D

L4yer Cake, starring Daniel Craig. Saw it on cable, came in about halfway in.
The cable description of the movie states that Daniel Craig "oozes charisma" in this film, which I suppose is true if oozing charisma is slang for getting beaten with a freezer and then crying about it.

Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Hadn't seen it since I was a kid. Much darker than I remember... really kind of surprised Disney chose to adapt it at all. Good, though.

It totally is. I've had it stuck in my head all morning.
I totally missed the whole Frollo being sexually frustrated subtext in that song when I was a kid. It's weird to watch a Disney film knowing that a major part of the villain's motivation was sexual in nature. (Well, I mean, Jafar's was, too, but not in that sort of "god, I want to rape this girl" sort of sense that you get from Frollo.)

The recent Great Gatsby movie. I really liked it, actually.

Zatoichi vs Yojimbo. It's a good classic. (I'm still trying to catch up on these movies.)

Kick-Ass 2.
Definitely not exactly what I'd call "good," but it was a fun enough watch for killing time.
