I am wondering about Rita. What do you think about Her Personality? I'm writing a story called Black Brigade VS Demon Starters, which is a spin-off of TOV: The Black Brigade by Nexusmaster. I have a hard time writing with Characterization issues. I would also like to know what you think I should do with other things I have for her.

sorry didn't notice you joined our forums, tall3shyguy. Right now when I think of Rita, I think of my friend... since she'll be cosplaying as Rita XD
Anyways, from what I noticed: Rita has a soft spot for girls apparently. When she found out who the dragon rider was, she wasn't as mad as before. She doesn't hold back her anger on Karol and Raven though...

It's a moe trait for anime girls. They act standoffish to the people they like only to blush and be real cute when they get called out on it or are alone with the person they like. tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Tsundere

Okay, resident Rita fangirl here to write an essay. ;D Rita's quite shy in the respect that she doesn't know how to relate to people. Other emotions and opinions don't make much sense to her, or hold much merit, because of how well-read and intelligent she is. Relationships with other people don't really make sense to her either, as she never had parents to explain it to her, and she was shunned by the other mages in Aspio. She's the type of person who needs things proved, and is very methodical in her thinking process. She's sensible though, sort of what Ada says, she wasn't as angry when she found out Judith was the dragon rider because Judith had already spent time with them, and Rita had already started to accept her as an ally, and seeing her as a 'good guy', if you will. So she didn't stay angry, because they already had a relationship. Rita's impulsive, she does and says things on a whim, and doesn't have a lot of tact. She's blunt when pointing out faults or problems in things or people, and seems to have a tendency to ramble when she starts talking about blastia. She's also fiercely protective of things that matter to her. Blastia, Estelle, and eventually Brave Vesperia. Estelle is her best friend, obviously, because Estelle is the first person to show a genuine interest in her, and accept her. She's quick to anger, I imagine, because she was never taught the value of having patience. That, coupled with how protective she is, and her inability to understand and relate to other people make her seem very rude, and easily annoyed. Rita seems to be the type of person who takes her frustration over her own problems out on other people. I'd be willing to bet that she snaps at people most of the time because she's already angry at herself for not comprehending the situation. Ahhh, that's all I've got at the moment. If you want me to write more, I can~ ;;

A cat, lol. Of course. She seems to really like cats, and she fits the more solitary, moody perspective of them~

lol That is so funny. It does fit her especially since, when you make a cat angry, it attacks you and, when you make Rita angry, she attacks you but not physically but with magic.
