Does anyone have any recommendations for good games that also have impressive soundtracks? I'm already familiar with Ys and Tactics Ogre's music.

The songs I've listened to so far from Bravely Default: Flying Fairy has been consistently good. Can't speak for the quality of the game itself since I've never played it, but it's gotten good reviews. I had little interest in playing the game until I tried listening to the soundtrack, and now I really want to try it out, so that's saying something I guess. Good thing it's getting localized next year! Some guy uploaded the OST on YouTube here. The titles are in French, though.

I've enjoyed the music of the Gust games (Mana Khemia, Atelier series, Ar Tonelico, etc), the Wild Arms games, the Lunar games, and the Etrian Odysseys.

- Fire Emblem Awakening That is hands down my favorite video game OST. The funny thing is I'm more of a rock person yet I love FE:A's orchestrated soundtrack. - E.X. Troopers I find the techno-style OST to be very unique and it's very uplifting compared to how techno music is used in other games. One of my favorite tracks from E.X. Troopers: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnSrVmB0KW0

Final Fantasy Tactics is also quite good. Same composer as Tactics Ogre, similar style.

I'll take if you're willing to upload it, Kindo. Can't argue with good music. I'll probably like it. (I'm not really sure why, but I'm much more flexible with music genres when there isn't singing involved. If there's singing, I'm much pickier.)

Xenoblade: An all star cast of epic game composers lent their talents to this ost. Styles vary greatly from the semi orchestral renditions of Yoko Shimomura (kingdom hearts composer) to heavy guitar riffs of ace (whoever they are, they're good)
Radiant Historia: Hauntingly beautiful ost to match an equally awesome game. My ds split in half partway through the game so I never finished it...
Final Fantasy Crystal Bearers: A quirky jazzy ost for the oddball yet awesome wii crystal chronicles game. Stuff ranges from waltz music to jazz to vocal harmonies to Hawaiian style rock.
Persona series: Nuff said.
Vallkyria Chronicles An ost of grand styled music written by Hitoshi Sakamoto. Well paced blood pumping music to accompany awesome strategic gameplay.
God Eater When it's Go Shiina, it's gonna be good. Contains his weird but awesome style.
Gravity Rush Kohei Tanaka's peaceful yet emotional scoring perfectly accompany the mystical dying city of the game. It's hard to describe, but it's really good
Shatter Shatter, a twisty brick break game somehow has one of the best OSTs I have ever heard. The ornate techno melodies somehow manage to stay catchy even though they go a full 5~7 minutes each before looping. Interestingly, the composer spent only 48 hours to write it when rushing to finish before the production deadline
Ace Attorney This ost is so good, it ought to be illegal
Eternal Sonata Probably my favorite OST by Motoi Sakuraba. Though it definitely is in his style, he switched his guitars for pianos and keyboard with stringed instruments. The music is fast paced and fun.
Professor Layton Oh dear, this ost reminds me of a puzzle. A mysterious soundtrack for all the mysteries the series contains.
I probably have more but this is a good start

Some that haven't been posted here yet (I haven't played a lot of these, so I can't confirm the quality of the gameplay, but the OSTs are all great):
The Scheme (Yuzo Koshiro, same guy who did the first Ys and Etrian Odyssey)
Final Fantasy USA: Mystic Quest
Rudora no Hihou/Treasure of the Rudras (Ryuji Sasai, who also did battle/rock themes for Mystic Quest)
Treasure Hunter G (a large team including key people from FFT/Tactics Ogre)
Albert Odyssey Gaiden: Legend of Eldean
Klonoa: Door to Phantomile
Napple Tale (Yoko Kanno. Y'all should know who she is)
Venus & Braves (many of the same guys and gals who worked on Ace Combat. The main theme, "Waltz for Ariah" is a beautiful piece)
Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
Opoona (again, same team as FFT and Tactics Ogre, but a more electronic sci-fi sound)
NieR
Super Meat Boy
Bastion
Krater

Since most of the stuff here is japanese stuff, I'll try to list some western stuff as well.
The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind, probably the best TES soundtrack
Binding of Isaac (not Rebirth ver.)
FTL:Faster than light: Simple, Electronic, Ambient
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeange; Fast-paced metal with lyrics.
Shovel Knight: Chiptunes by Jake Kaufman
SMT: Nocturne, Digital devil saga (2); These can be bundled into one. It's Meguro without Persona.
Dark Souls; Sakuraba without his usual Synth, still violins though. Very different from his usual stuff.
Deus Ex; Electronic, Ambient, whatever. Very good soundtrack nevertheless.

Ys series has great music all around but since Memories of Celceta is newest I'll post one of my favorite tracks from that game.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle - I overall love this soundtrack because every song in it references a sample that relates to the character.
