Sonic Unleashed: The gameplay was pretty much crap. Pretty, but crap. And a werehog? Honestly, what the heck. XD Sonic Unleashed COMPLETELY MURDERED my opinion of the sonic series. I have to be honest after than came came out i turned my back on sonic. Maybe im just shallow but even the demo was *shudders* and the...yeah im just gonna shut up now... Yeah, I agree. I just couldn't stand playing as werewolf Sonic and I thought the whole idea was stupid. Sometimes I wonder why it can't be like the Dreamcast days again.

I know what you mean. Sonic Unleashed was the only Sonic game I ever played for a substantial period of time, and I might've considered buying it (I rented) if not for that Werehog thing. It was really annoying and kinda turned me off :/

Hm? Sonic Unleashed was bad because of the werehog IMO. I enjoyed the daytime levels.

Sonic Unleashed is decent compared to sonic '06 gameplay-wise (but for the story, Sonic '06 wins.)
what do you say about Sonic and the black knight? omg, Sonic got Blade Tempest there!

Definitely Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The game was so anticipated with the frequently updated site with new characters and yet the battle system, to me, was inferior to that of SSBM. And the wifi? Lag, lag, lag, no fun. And don't forget the fact you can't Wave Dash or L-cancel. D: Also, Sonic Unleased is only fun in the Day time. I hate the Werehog. It's kinda dumb... -_- (On a side note: Umbra, aren't you friends with LadyUsada on DeviantART? )

^ same on the unleashed thing, best 3D sonic yet, but also one of the worst gimmicks yet to ruin it.

FFVII. I tried to play it, but couldn't get into it. People told me it gets better when you get out of Midgar, but fifteen hours into the game and I was still bored. I ended up just dropping it.
Tales of Vesperia. With all raves, I was expecting great things from this game....but yeah. It was okay, but definitely not as good as people made it out to be.

It's like saying SF4 is worse that SF3 because you can't parry, which may very well be a valid point, but they're different fighting systems. Anyway, Brawl is just a bad fighting game. The risk/reward structure of the whole system is screwed up with how fast you can act after getting hit. Tripping would have been good if it was just restricted to attacks that made you trip. Nintendo was too interested in making it into a fun party game despite the following that Melee had for its competitive value. Can't really argue with them either since it sold really well.

I suppose I might as well add Phoenix Wright to this list. I honestly don't get what's good about this game :/ Cheesy dialogue, unrealistic court cases, and a judge that probably courts Edgeworth in bed really rubs me the wrong way.
I mean, really. The game basically goes as such:
edgeworth: "lol you have no evidence that you yourself didn't do the crime, so YOU must've done it" judge: "well that sounds like a very sound case, Mr. Edgeworth, so I guess you're going to jail, Mr. Wright." me (presenting fantastic evidence): "But I have evidence this guy did it! LOOK AT MY F*CKING EVIDENCE!" edgeworth: "that is irrelevant to the case. you're guilty." judge: "fo sho"
Somehow this is supposed to be realistic/not infuriating? Perhaps I'm just relying on legal knowledge too much (and yes, I know it's supposed to be an original mesh of Japanese and American court systems) but NO court system works that way. You don't present relevant evidence, get told it's irrelevant, and then prosecution's conjecture get passed off as "a credible accusation."
...Hiro's going to come in and kill me soon.

Phoenix Wright's hit or miss as far as I've seen. I mean, it's not supposed to be realistic at all, and it's an adventure game where you're supposed to do everything in their sometimes arbitrary order.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Anything but phoenix wright!!!! You know what?! Ah, much better now. I disagree with a lot of opinions here, but people are right about some things: -FF7 is very very very overrated. So is final fantasy in general. I blame FF for lack of real Tales action in the US as people here only ever seem to care about FF when it comes to RPGs. -Brawl. . .I liked actually that a lot. I wasn't ever that serious with it, it was fun to play with 3 other friends. AND I abused the ability to make custom stages. I made about 350. . . . . -Star wars force unleashed: They had so much hype for it here in the US (they actually started advertising it a year and a half before its release), and it was just a mildly interesting hack and slash game -HALO come on, just an aliens vs humans thing that is stretched almost as badly as FF7. It stopped being funnish at about the second game. The gameplay is so similar between titles. I didn't like it.

It probably wasn't even relevant to the testimony at hand : /.
