Exactly what the title of the thread says. Discuss whether or not you think Tales of Graces will be Localized or not.
I'm still kinda on the fence about it. I can't really choose any particular side to go on.

I think it'll be localized on my baseless assumption. Besides, if it doesn't get localized, it just goes further to prove that Bamco doesn't like making money.

I don't think it will. I don't really have any reason for saying so; it's just this feeling I have.

I honestly have no clue. Its a mothership title, and as far as I know, almost all the mothership titles have been released(I know the 2d ones havent, same with the handhelds). But I cant see why they wouldn't, unless they truly believe the cost wont be worth the benefit. With the lacking of JRPGs on the wii you'd think it be a sure thing but.....idk.
Heard there was a localization team in the credits too, dont know if that points to anything though. :/

I think they like Fujishima games, not Inomata. They haven't released one since Eternia.
I say no just because it's Tales and Namco. Unless it's Japan, the two just don't go together.

I'm unsure. Leaning towards no since, well, it's Bamco.
I heard somewhere than an American localization team was credited in the ending credits though, can anyone confirm that? It might've just been a random lie to give people hope.

I too think there is a really good chance of this happening, but lately I haven't been too confident that we'll be getting the game that I thought was a guaranteed localized title.
I don't see how they would give is Dawn of the New World--a self-proclaimed "Spinoff-Sequel"--and not Graces, which is a full game--a "Mothership Title."
I've heard an argument before saying that we probably wouldn't get it cuz it's Team Destiny behind Graces, but I wouldn't say that makes a localization out of the question. Also, this mentioning about a localization team possibly in the credits is encouraging. Oh, and the White Wishes song has an English version too. Of course that doesn't mean they made it just to have it in the opening, but that was really encouraging when I first heard it too. =)

Are there localization team credits on the Japanese versions of other localized games?

Hmmm---I'm with Sirth. Inomata mothership Tales game=No localization. Besides, ToG is out in Japan already, right? I noticed something about Tales localization: If plans to localize a Tales game aren't announced before it's released in Japan, then it's never going to get localized. :C

Didn't Abyss and Radiant Mythology come out of nowhere?

I think it will be localized. Like what Becca said, it's just a feeling I have :3
