Once it's modded to where it accepts foreign games, can you... un-mod it so if it ever breaks and you gotta send it to Nintendo or when they try to do one of their failsauce HomebrewRaeping updates you won't get pwnt? T___T

Ah, well, I guess it makes sense considering Spanish isn't spoken outside Spain in Europe anyway. I feel sorry for the countries that never get translations, like Poland or Romania :/ Or what of the poor Estonians?! Not that there's a very lucrative market there anyway. Incidentally, but sort of offtopic, how are the European translations (not just Vesperia, but in general)? Well, most of them are used to getting their stuff in English. But France and Germany are big countries with a strong language, so it's normal a lot of stuff gets translated there. And it's good for trilingual countries like Belgium or Switzerland or countries that have/had close relations to those languages (like Luxemburg for exemple) because they can get all the stuff too. For Tales translations, well... I don't know about Vesperia, and it's been way too long since I last played Symphonia. I vaguely remember that it wasn't bad but it wasn't anything great either. Plus, I'm kinda opposed to translations of translations, so... The manga, however, got an amazing translation. It's good French, nice vocabulary, and feels very natural. The characters each have their way of speaking that is very much like them. In the game, it was more, idk, emotionless? More basic, I mean. Nothing special. Iirc. As for other games, well... it's been years since I last played a RPG in another language than Japanese, and at that time I didn't pay attention to translation, so I can't say.

"isn't spoken outside Spain in Europe." I'm well aware of how broadly it's spoken worldwide. I don't take Spanish for nothing

No, it'll still be on there. It just won't work. There are ways to get it factory clean though.

no respondé porque soy perezosa :'D yo no responder rápidamente nunca
Anyway, I doubt Reggie has anything to do with localization decisions. Localization decisions are probably pretty complicated since they have to do market analysis and everything else. Just teaming up with Nintendo doesn't really guarantee anything.
